Our Promise
Travis Renovations pledges to provide the highest quality workmanship available from any remodeling company in our area. We further promise to use the finest materials appropriate to your budget and the task at hand that will offer long lasting value and service in your home.
Problems arise, details are missed, and misunderstandings will occur. We would never claim that these things won't happen. It's the nature of this type of work. Our commitment to you is to address your concerns promptly and to correct problems quickly. Therefore....
...we will respond to your questions/concerns within 24 hours.
...we will have a pre-construction meeting to go over the details, specifications, and procedures to eliminate misunderstandings and to establish
the schedule and responsibilities.
...we will quickly inform you of any situations which occur that might affect the schedule or scope of work.
...any changes to the scope of work will not be implemented without written agreement by all parties, including the cost of the change.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the quality of our workmanship, we will do everything in our power to correct the problem as soon as possible.
We will keep your jobsite clean and safe, broom cleaning every day. Trash will be removed regularly. We will strive to minimize any imposition or disruptions our work creates. We will always protect your home, valuables and pets.
Everybody involved in your project will receive a copy of the schedule and is expected to adhere to it very closely.
Our contract price is a fixed amount, not an estimate. If you do not change the scope of work, our price will not change.
We not only assume the risks and responsibilities of your project, we will procure all permits and schedule all inspections required to complete your project.
You will receive copies of our license and certificates of insurance at our first meeting, as well as references and other industry certifications we have earned.
